| What materials do you use for footwear?

We prefer the use of leather and natural raffia. We are committed to creating comfortable, durable and quality shoes. Where applicable, we also insert a Memory Foam insole to increase comfort. Furthermore, we try to respect the environment, preferring recycled materials resulting from responsible management of natural resources.
| I received my shoes but they have imperfections, is this normal?

We have a high standard of quality and selection for our materials, all coming from a guaranteed supply chain. We rigorously check each shoe and finish it before packaging it. However, since it is an artisanal production with materials that are sometimes complex to shape, some small imperfections may occur. This is not to be considered a defect, but the result of manual processing.
