Shipping Zones
We ship our products all over the world, bringing Italian style wherever you go.
Order Processing Times
Your orders will be processed within 24 hours. If an item is not available in stock, it will be handcrafted. In this case, please allow a few more days to process your order because we will make it by hand at the moment.
Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options:
- Collection on site : If you prefer to collect your order in person, you are welcome in our showroom in Verolavecchia, 25029 BS, Via Monte Santo 38
- Express shipping with BRT (Italy) and DHL Express (Abroad) : Average delivery times are around 48/72 hours.
- Free Shipping for ALIBI Club Members : If you sign up to our newsletter, you automatically become a member of the ALIBI Club. This means that you will be entitled to free shipping on all your orders for the duration of your stay in the club. A way to thank you for your loyalty!
Estimated Delivery Times
Typically, delivery times are as follows:
- Italy : 2-3 working days
- Rest of the World : 2-5 working days
