Returns and size exchanges

Welcome to the returns and exchanges page!
We inform you that you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a refund or a size exchange.
We will be happy to satisfy your request as quickly as possible and free of charge ! In fact, you will not have to pay any shipping costs or other fees.

Here's how to proceed:

1. Write an email to support@alibishoes.it specifying the following information:
• Name and surname
• Order No
• Reason for return
• Request for return or exchange specifying the size
2. We will contact you to plan the collection of the items together , taking into account your commitments and choosing a time slot that is convenient for you.
3. You will be sent a return label to stick on the package, make sure to remove or cover the other labels present. Finally, wait for the courier to pass directly to your home.

How does the refund or exchange work?
As soon as we receive the package, it will be examined to check the integrity of the items which must not show signs of use or wear, and must be in like new condition, in the original box and packaging.

If you have requested a refund, the amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the order. If you have contacted us to ask for a size change, we will send you the tracking number of your new items when the package is shipped.

Remember that they are handmade!
Slight shades of color, as presented on the information tag inside the box, are not to be considered imperfections, but unique characteristics of the product, as they are the consequences of craftsmanship .
