Welcome to the returns page! The return is free.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

The shipping costs for sending the return are at our expense as long as it is carried out following the procedure described here. Returns returned by procedure or couriers other than those indicated by us will not be accepted.

To request a return, write an email to support@alibishoes.it specifying the following information necessary to confirm the request:

After examining your return request, you will receive a confirmation email from our staff with which you will schedule the collection of the package to be returned.

The refund will be made after the product check by our staff.

The refund is authorized only if the purchased product does not show obvious signs of use or wear, and is in like new condition, in the original box and packaging. The refund will be made through the same payment method that you used for the order. If the payment for the order was made by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated by you. The price of the purchased product will be refunded, but the €8 relating to the cost of the cash on delivery service will not be refunded. The shipping costs of a package relating to an order for which a size change has already been made are at your expense.

Slight nuances of color, as presented on the information tag inside the box, are not to be considered imperfections, but unique characteristics of the product, as they are the result of craftsmanship.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@alibishoes.it indicating:

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label to be printed in 2 copies: one inside the carton and one attached on the carton, as well as instructions for the pick-up.

Items sent back to us without Alibi Return Validation will not be accepted. 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure your correct size is to return the item you bought, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
